Responsibilities Include:
Administers the Company’s Employee Engagement & Retention Programs:
- Leads in the organization in the coordination of employee activities and events, as well as any support needed during the activities or events.
- Ensures required staff and materials are available and prepared for events or activities.
- Ensures recreation funds are used effectively and efficiently for the improvement of company morale and the development of employee relationships.
- Evaluates the success of each activity, event, or outing and identifies opportunities for improvement in the future.
- Develops and maintains accounting records for assigned programs, events, activities, and outings.
- Organizes the company’s service award program and coordinates award presentations and celebrations.
Facilitates Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assists with recruitment and interview process.
- Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up communications at the end of the recruiting process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
- Facilitates New Hire Onboarding and Orientation processes
- Completes New Hire Paperwork, including I-9’s and E-Verify
Provides HR Administrative Support:
- Maintains Employee files and records
- Prepares materials for meetings, trainings and seminars
- Update HR databases and trackers
Other Duties as Assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Assistant or Coordinator
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams or related software
- Friendly and warm demeaner
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of Human Resources Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
