Responsibilities:
- Administers various functional Human Resources plans, procedures and processes as well as assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Coordinates on boarding process for assigned client group to include and initiation and processing of personnel changes in a timely fashion within the Human Resources information system (HRIS), conducting new employee orientation, and creating personnel files.
- Assist assigned client group with employee relation issues to include investigations and performance documentation. Consult with HR Business Partner for more complex issues.
- Compiles reports from HRIS.
- Participates in the development of department goals, objectives and processes.
- Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Recommends new approaches and procedures to effect continual process improvement in customer service and efficiency of the department
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
