The Human Resources Coordinator will join an exciting and dynamic Human Resources team by providing administrative and organizational support to Alpine's recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. You are an excellent candidate for this position if you can:

successfully manage complex calendars; 
are organized and detailed; 
work well off of established processes and have the flexibility and awareness to adapt them when needed; 
have experience creating professional, friendly, and timely communication, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders and customers; 
delight in finding and correcting typos; 
manage multiple time-bound projects while remaining cool under pressure; and 
enjoy being an integral member of a friendly, fast-paced team!

Duties and responsibilities
Provide support to the HR team with key HR programs and activities including, recruiting, onboarding, and additional employee engagement and experience programs. (e.g., wellness) Assist with the recruitment and interview process, including:
Coordinate interview schedules as well as presentations and team debrief meetings.
Manage timely and professional communications with candidates, hiring managers, and Alpine admin team.
Maintain candidate recruiting lifecycle within applicant tracking system. 
Ensure stellar internal and external stakeholder experience.
Coordinate HR related activities to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding of new employees including assisting with new hire orientation. Follow up on completion of onboarding documents.
Assist with employee engagement and communication activities/events.
Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records, and documentation; assist with compliance activities.
Coordinate and track leave of absence process and documentation.
Coordinate employee separation including preparing and sending termination documents, scheduling exit interviews, and process required separation documents.
Provide excellent customer service and support by responding timely and accurately to employee questions.
Assist with periodic and regular employee communication.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HR team as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
2-4 years of HR or Administrative experience 
Demonstrated calendar management and scheduling experience (Outlook, Zoom)
Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience in internal and external stakeholder management
Strong sense of urgency with impeccable responsiveness and follow through.
Proactive strategist and troubleshooter
Ability to work off of SOPs and create/update SOPs along the way to keep the information relevant
Ability to function well in a high paced environment while dealing with ambiguity and change
Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) a plus
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, analyze data, and present findings and proposed solutions, as necessary
Strong ethics and integrity with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Experience with HRIS system/s a plus (Paylocity, Ceridian)
HR certification a plus

$52,000 - $64,000 a year
At Alpine we engage equitable workplace strategies to ensure fair compensation. Actual compensation is dependent upon current market data, experience, and pay parity within our organization. This position is a Support level position, with a compensation range of $52,000 - $64,000. In order to be considered for a position, candidates must be located in WA .
