We are currently seeking candidates to fill our Human Resources Coordinator position. The Human Resources Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources division.
This is a Full-Time position based in Lakewood, Colorado and requires physically being in the office every day. The optimal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, friendly, and able to work independently after being trained. The career path for this role is dependent upon taking on increasing levels of responsibility in Human Resources. Career paths could include exceedingly more responsibility for recruitment, benefits, Information Technology or establishing new office locations. As a representative of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator must be an example to other employees for upholding company policies and have the utmost in discretion with sensitive employee health, compensation and disciplinary information.
HR Coordinator Job Duties
- Maintain job descriptions, job postings, and advertisements
- Monitor and maintain recruitment activity within applicant tracking software
- Schedule interviews, vet applicants, and prep interview notes
- Hold interviews and take detailed notes at same time
- Assist with proctoring testing for potential hires
- Attend and participate in job fairs
- Perform Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
- Maintain and update training materials
- Facilitate employee training
- Assist with recruit and new hire travel arrangements
- Gather information for employee's performance reviews
- Aid in periodic inspections
- Prep computers for new hires
- Provide light help desk support for employees' phone and computers
- Assist with document preparation and electronic filing
- Hold reception, answer the main line, route calls, and take messages
- Maintain breakroom supplies and cleanliness
- Receive and process deliveries
- Be a point of contact for landlord
- Check, open, sort, and route mail
- Enter, print, and post weekly statistics
- Maintain Organizational Board titles and names
- Assist with Time and Attendance
- Send office notices and help staff as appropriate
- Periodic light shopping to purchase office supplies
- College degree
- Work from the Lakewood, CO office during normal business hours Monday through Friday
- Desire and willingness to learn
- Pivot quickly between rapidly changing priorities
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Present professional appearance every day

- Spreadsheet skills using basic formulas and formatting

- $50,000 - $60,000/year salary
