The HR Coordinator will provide support to the Account Managers in driving and implementing HR strategies and business solutions (i.e., organizational behavior, change management, employee engagement, performance and talent management, policy implementation, and communications) for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a link between client management and client employees by responding to questions, interpreting and administering policies and procedures and helping resolve concerns
- Maintain a weekly and monthly workflow calendar and must prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Coordinate internal onboarding processing
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics gathered from HR software and other reliable data sources
- Coordinate essential HR functions in conjunction with the Account Manager
- May be required to travel to client sites located throughout the Valley
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and be a strong contributing member of multiple teams
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Strong relationship development skills resulting in long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements and time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible; must be organized and able to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team based project experience.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
