Compensation: $28 to $34 per hour

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will support the management team for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR and administrative tasks, as well as overseeing office operations.
What You’ll Do:
· Keep the HRIS system updated and in compliance with corporate/state/national regulations.
· Facilitate new employee onboarding.
· Maintain employee files and manage monthly performance evaluations.
· Develop and maintain relationships with employees and management.
· Support the team with a variety of HR functions.
· Cross-train with other departments to provide backup support as needed.
· Maintain offices by knowing office operations and procedures.
· Oversee office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and supplies.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
· An associate degree (required)
· A minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience
· Ability to multitask.
· Work as a team player in a collaborative environment.
· Must be a self-starter.
· Ability to work on projects independently.
· Experience working with HRIS software (preferred).
· Ability to work in the Boston office on-site (required)
· Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
