SalaryCHRS is seeking a metro-Atlanta based ROCKSTAR HR Consultant/Practitioner to join our growing Georgia team.
California HR experience is a plus! While most work is done remote, on-site visits may be required by clients up to 2 days per week.
MUST HOLD ACTIVE CERTIFICATION THROUGH SHRM OR HRCI!

Onsite and remote projects range from:
- Solving interesting HR problems
- Creating start-up HR departments
- Providing full-cycle HR services

CHRS is an innovative HR services provider with teams in Southern California and Atlanta, Georgia. We serve small to mid-sized businesses, across the country, in a variety of industries, providing practitioner and consulting services in all aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 10+ years of progressive HRM/generalist experience
- Active HRCI or SHRM professional certification, required
- Undergraduate degree in related discipline
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Responsive with outstanding communication skills
- Creative problem-solver and HR critical thinker
- Expert level knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends
- Dedicated to consistently providing high-touch customer care
- Enjoys a flexible, energetic, and exciting work environment
This is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR – 1099 arrangement. Consultants may be scheduled anywhere from 10 to 30 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate based on business/client needs, but consultant availability is required during normal business hours. Primarily remote with the occasional need for onsite work.
