The Compensation and Benefits Manager will work directly with our VP of HR, North America to identify, research, and recommend HR solutions related to compensation, benefit, and performance management programs.
Specific details include the following:
Purpose; Scope of Responsibility:
- Strengthening infrastructure through planning/improving HR system for current 4 subsidiaries and more for the future in the Americas
- Motivation and productivity improvement by strengthening incentive payment program operation through individual goal setting and evaluation
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify issues and review improvement plans through communication with HR leaders in America
- Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders in America (On/Off-line)
- Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends
- Improvement of evaluation/compensation system for American corporations
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
- HR consulting experience for manufacturing-based companies (Preferred)
- Improvement of performance evaluation/reward based system experience
- Work or travel in Cartersville, GA or Auburn, AL, or Warren, MI
- Multi-lingual: Competent in both English and Korean languages
