We are seeking a Human Resources/Clinical Assistant to join our team! In this position, you will play a key role in supporting both the Human Resources and Clinical Departments ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the departments. You will help record pertinent staff information and data, schedule interviews, and onboard new staff. You will also assist in implementing wellness programs, answering questions about HR policies, filing documentation, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has previous Human Resources and clinical experience or knowledge, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling interviews and conducting basic onboarding for new employees.
- Support HR and clinical staff with documentation, processing paperwork, and more.
- Answer phones, relay messages, and manage staff questions on HR or clinical-related matters as needed.
- Perform regular audits of staff and client documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of documentation and staff and client issues, as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Human Resources protocols
- Familiarity with clinical protocols
