Job Description:
Under direct supervision, partners with multiple areas to support HR projects. Assists with a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery and enablement of HR programs and services. Partners with HR Centers of Expertise to fully understand business strategy and constraints, and how HR can best support achieving positive results. Participates in all aspects of HR projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and participates in the design of solutions. Collaborates with HR leaders to define the required change management approach including determining desired implementation core knowledge, skills, and behaviors required to support change in the organization. Collaborates with peers to deliver tailored communications that are in alignment with the style and framework by which Essentia communicates with its colleagues. Performs analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Executes a data-driven approach to strategy and problem-solving. Collaborates with HRIS Reporting to produce reports and predictive analytics. Participates in cross-functional initiatives to oversee spending, enhance compliance, and manage risk effectively for the organization. Monitors overarching governance for vendor management activities across HR services and applications.
