Screens applicants in-person and on the telephone who have submitted applications for employment.- Telephones prospective job candidates to schedule interviews, obtains references, and runs other necessary screenings on potential candidates.
- Conducts quality training for newly hired employees and existing employees.
- Conducts benefits meetings for eligible associates and provides accurate benefit information to associates; collects all associated paperwork.
- Assists in scheduling meetings and obtaining required checklists, reviews, policy updates, annual notices, and compliance documents.

Today, 37 Von Maur stores are scattered across 15 states: Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma and Wisconsin; and we’re still expanding. Our corporate headquarters and E-commerce facility are located in Davenport, Iowa.
