CCOSCO SHIPPING LINES (North America) Inc. is seeking a Account Executive to join their Global Sales Division for our South Central Region in the Houston, TX.
The selected individual will be responsible selling COSCO services, meeting and exceeding all sales goals established by Management. He or she will conduct F2F and virtual meetings with existing and target import accounts in Houston and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities will include
- Detailing the results of calls and meetings in a specified reporting platform.
- Sharing market intelligence.
- Maintaining service contracts (rates, port pairs, etc.), and other reporting as requested by Trade and Senior Management.
The ultimate goal will be the expansion of the account base in the stated territory, implementation of GRI's, and overall improvement of contribution of existing accounts as directed by management. This position will be virtual based in Houston, TX
Additional Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills.
- Be computer-literate and have a proven track record in transportation and logistics.
- 3-5 years experience in outside sales of ocean freight in the DFW is required.
