As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in their operations, overseeing employee files, managing HR documents, and provide support to the HR team. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to quality will be instrumental to their continued success.

Human Resources AssistantJob Duties:

• Data entry and prepare various routine reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees records and files
  
• Coordinate meetings, interviews, and order office supplies
• Process new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, performance appraisals, salary increases, employment verifications, etc.
  

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Human Resources Assistant Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in administration/general office role
• At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources role
• Comfortable navigating a computer and using Microsoft Office software
• High school diploma or equivalent
