FYI has a new opening for a Human Resources Assistant to support the US Coast Guard (USCG) with scanning, uploading and tracking backlog documents into electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPF). In addition to the eOFP work you will run, audit and correct data feed reports and have responsibility for quality control inspections.
THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME ON-SITE AND DOES NOT ALLOW FOR HYBRID OR REMOTE WORK.
Work Schedule: M – F 8 hour days OR M – Th 10 hour days.
Day to Day includes but is not limited to:
- Scanning, uploading documents into electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPF).
- Quality control inspections of eOPF.
- Rnning eOPF validation and quality check document uploads. Update, prepare and ensure eOPF is audit ready.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 or more years' hands on Human Resources work with sensitive documents as a Human Resources Assistant, Coordinator or Administration.
- Highly Desired: Human Resources experience in a federal or defense agency setting.
- Highly Desired: Knowledge and understanding of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and policies. Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
