Position Description
FFP is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant at our Corporate Office. This challenging and fast paced position will be supporting the Human Resources function.
- Provide HR administrative support including preparing and distributing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- May assist with posting positions and new hire onboarding.
- Complete verifications of employment.
- Assist with assigning compliance training.
- Promote our positive company culture, a team environment, and workplace safety.
- Assist with various HR projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and legal information.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a reliable and supportive team member.
- Ability to adapt and quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Previous work experience in Human Resources.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
