Position Description

FFP is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Assistant at our Corporate Office. This challenging and fast paced position will be supporting the Human Resources function.

• Provide HR administrative support including preparing and distributing HR policies and procedures.
• Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
• May assist with posting positions and new hire onboarding.
• Complete verifications of employment.
• Assist with assigning compliance training.
• Promote our positive company culture, a team environment, and workplace safety.
• Assist with various HR projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and legal information.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a reliable and supportive team member.
• Ability to adapt and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Previous work experience in Human Resources.

Schedule:

• Monday -Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
• This is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
