Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Personnel-related file management, including but not limited to, organizing Human Resources file room and updating employee personnel files
• Assist with open enrollment
• Extensive filing of documents
• Scanning, shredding, and copying files
• Responsible for data entry in various HR sites
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Maintain calendar
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills

Further Details:

• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Salary: $25.00 per hour
