SalaryAn HR Assistant will act as an onboarding specialist and the primary point of contact for hourly employees at Schulson Collective. They will provide a world-class onboarding experience for newly hired employees for the restaurants. They are responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to understand basic technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Quick learner.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make simple decisions independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite.
- Proficiency in HR Systems, ADP
- Assists employees in enrolling in company benefit package and maintains all benefits records.
- Assists in Payroll processing by reviewing for accuracy
Supervisory Role:
There are no supervisory roles.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
- Must have strong base knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Prior experience using ADP products is preferred.
- Strong Spanish speaking skills preferred
