What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?
- Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement and companionship
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
- Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
- Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
- Encourage and assist with activity programs
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
- Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus!
