Position Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze HR data to identify insights to support HR functions and initiatives such as recruiting, compensation, staffing, etc.
• Own recurring weekly and monthly reports and assist with other various analysis projects impacting the company long-term.
• Audit HR system to ensure data integrity related to all areas of the department, including Workforce Planning and position management.
• Collect report requirements to improve and / or develop current processes and reports.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL or PowerBI a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to responsibly handle confidential HR data.
