Due to Kwik Trip's continued growth and success, we are adding an additional full-time Communications Analyst to our Talent Operations Department. This individual will play a key role in our coworker experience and retention strategy by producting content that is both appealing and understandable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with other Communication Analyst, Marketing and Talent Operations leaders to strengthen the Talent Operations strategy, by creating engaging and informative materials within a variety of media
- Plan communication campaigns and generate materials associated with change management, new initiatives, programs, etc.
- Monitor effectiveness and access ongoing feedback of distributed content, assessing the need for additional or different communication modalities as needed
- Provide oversight and mentorship on communication strategy as it relates to materials generated by other Talent Operations coworkers
- Stay abreast of best practices and trends within the communication and coworker experience arena
Qualifications:
- Educational background normally attained through the completion of an Associate Degree in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Business or another related field and/or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working with Marketing and/or Human Resources concepts, engagement and communication
- Working knowledge of social media creation, strategy and other Marketing principles is preferred
- Understanding of Talent Operations (Human Resources) processes and terminology is also preferred
- Proven track record and portfolio of graphic design and creative, professional, and informative communication
- Outstanding customer service, oral and written communication skills, including an ability to brainstorm, formulate, storyboard, etc.
- Ability to learn and translate complex ideas/information into an engaging, simplified and organized manner within a multitude of communication modalities
- Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Project, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and assignments with a high level of accuracy
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work alone as well as a part of a team
- Self-motivated, proactively finding opportunities, presenting enhancements and working through challenges
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Ability and experience with handling highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
