Position Summary:
This position reports to the Chief HR Officer and is responsible for employee relations, investigations, and proactive culture building. Leads HR Business Partner team and will actively work on investigations and implementation of the Performance Accountability process. The HR Operations Manager's goal is to provide coaching, development and support to the leaders in the organization while balancing the needs and rights of the employee base. Provides valuable insight in the area of process improvement, HR compliance, and is the subject matter expert in HR laws and regulations.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education / Training:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; or Associates Degree with relevant experience and certification.
Workplace Experience:
At least eight years of HUMAN RESOURCE experience, healthcare setting preferred.
Equipment and Skills Training:
• High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and HCM programs.
• Driven to achieve, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results
• Demonstrated success working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction
• Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand customers and anticipate their needs and prioritize customer satisfaction
• Ability to identify and assess challenges using critical thinking, data collection methods, analysis, experience and judgment to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner
