Job Description
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing coaching and counseling as needed.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in employment law and make recommendations for policy updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Proficiency in Google Drive applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
