Job Summary
- The Human Resource Manager - HR position at Geneva Lake Manor is a full-time position. The person we are seeking to fill the HR Manager role at Geneva Lake Manor should be highly organized and detail-oriented to perform the HR functions.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, background and reference checks.
- Payroll and compensation reporting
- Coordinate and perform the new hire onboarding process
- Schedule, manage and oversee new hire orientation
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Training and development including, but not limited to, tracking and monitoring the electronic learning management system to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee benefits administration such as enrollment processing and resolving benefits-related inquires.
- Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners
- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resource management or related field, preferably in long-term care
- Experience in processing payroll and payroll reporting
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professional with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and dependable
