Job Description
- Full cycle payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees (400-500)
- Assist in the administration of policies and procedures including benefits, safety and health, employee work rules and regulations, employee orientation and training
- Support all employees including hourly employees on the plant floor
- Assist in the coordination of company events, employee relations and training
- Responsible for recruiting candidates for open positions
- File and organize forms, documents, reference material and assist in maintenance of employment records
- Create employee communications and presentations for employee meetings
- Review hourly performance reviews
- HR BS Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource field
- Minimum of 1 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience working with MS Office, Workday, ADP and AOD software
