Job Duties:
* Perform daily operational support at customer locations
*Issue tooling and other items to end-users
*Receive inventories on daily deliveries
*Cycle Count and maintain physical and system inventories
* Respond to customer requests and facilitate orders
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills Required:
* Detail oriented
* Professional communication skills
* Basic knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft Outlook
* Must be able to read fractional and decimal measurements
* Ability to work independently, managing priorities and time
Hours:
*This shift covers 4:30pm-1:00am Monday-Friday and two Saturdays a month.
*Some Overtime and Saturday hours will be required.
*First two weeks of training will take place during the day shift.
Qualifications:
* Customer service experience
*Retail or inventory experience required
* Experience with Manufacturing Processes and Tooling a plus
