Looking for an office position in a great work environment and growth opportunity? CDAC is seeking a person to support the Human Resource Department.
The HR responsibilities included but are not limited to assisting with background checks, posting job vacancies, processing purchase orders for the department, updating policies, procedures, manuals and handbooks to maintain compliance and best practices (per directive from Director), actively participating on agency committees, and assisting with department projects as assigned. Assist in the onboarding process to include preparing files as needed; prepare HR documents, offer letters, etc. Assist in HR compliance efforts including tracking of training, and other necessary. Schedule meetings and trainings, manage calendars, handle phone calls. Generate reports, provides insight on department initiatives.
Position located in Pensacola. High school diploma with relevant HR is required.
