SUMMARY

The Administrator Sr.-Systems role is to ensure the streamlined operations of HSE systems and other Web & Enterprise Applications

This individual will plan, coordinate, and assist in the management of Cority, Enablon and other Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS/HSE) software systems.

You will be configuring our HSE platforms, coordinating deployment of software enhancements, creating custom reports, training new system users.

The Administrator Sr.-System will work closely with other subject matter experts, support consultants & system administrator to identify and improve the reliability, understand configurations and customizations within the systems and documenting changes.

This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of IT problem tickets, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of IT response functions.

The Administrator Sr.-Systems will also contribute to problem resolution by giving hands-on support to resolve Enablon and other HSE Applications operational issues.

This person will also execute and administer operational HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.

The Administrator Sr.-Systems will help oversee the execution and deployment of change management methodologies and procedures to guide the adoption process.

This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of organizational directives and their business goals.

The Administrator Sr.-Systems will also identify the need for projects to improve the Web & Enterprise Applications.

To ensure success as an Administrator Sr.-Systems, you should exhibit solid knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety Domain and its IT applications and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users.

An outstanding Administrator Sr.-Systems will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Experience in Configuration, implementation, management, upgrade, and support of EHS and Manufacturing applications like Cority, Enablon, 3E, ARA, & Etc.

• Execute and integrate system changes and requirements in the delivery of projects

• Serve as the technical owner and administrator for EHS applications and other similar technologies as assigned

• Coordinate response to and resolution of IT incidents and performance issues

• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

• Coordinate and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to the production environment

• Maintain all system environments are in sync

• Conduct research and make recommendations on IT products, services, protocols, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts

• Be the system admin for the EHS Systems including technical and functional support for users

• Manage user security, permissions and location scope

• Manage the addition of new system modules

• Assist with project management of any new or ongoing EHS Systems projects

• Manage data feeds from and to Workday and Active Directory
