Working at FLX Periodontics is different and that’s not just because we offer growth paths. We want you to be you! Our team members are appreciated, and we value their contributions and authorship as we seek continuous improvement. We believe that being different is better than “being better”. Why? Because each of us brings something unique to the team. We recognize that each individual can contribute in valuable ways to our patients, referral sources, and each other.
