Job Summary:
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
The HRIS Analyst supports IDI and the HR Team by managing the HRIS system to optimize business processes and producing data and metrics to support business goals. This role is responsible for maximizing efficiencies in the HRIS system and preserving data integrity. This role serves as the HRIS subject matter expert and primary point of contact for system-related questions, issues, and administration.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage HRIS system configurations, to include workflows and process automation/optimization
- Perform needs analysis and propose solutions which maximize efficiency within capabilities of UKG software
- Review and test workflow and process changes
- Create training materials and roll out process changes
- Manage HRIS/vendor data file feeds, reporting, and integrations. Troubleshoot as needed and manage corrections. Reconcile vendor census data/invoices to UKG data to ensure accuracy
- Assess UKG functionality and provide recommendations for add-on services
- Manage Role Administration in UKG to ensure proper access
- Assist with HR- and payroll-related data requirements for IDI and internal/external audits (401(k), DOL, OSHA, etc.) providing scheduled and/or custom data reporting as needed
- Assist employees with system access, troubleshooting, and password resets in UKG.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
- College degree and/or equivalent experience required, preferably in HR, business management, or related field.
- 5+ years HRIS experience required, to include custom BI reports, workflow creation, etc. UKG Pro experience strongly preferred
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; data analysis skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Benefits administration experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices; payroll experience a plus
- Experience with HRIS software transition preferred
- Sound judgement and decision-making capabilities, solution-driven focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines
- Positive, professional attitude
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills are required
