Hris Analyst

Responsible for supporting the organization's HRIS functions, ensuring data accuracy, system maintenance, and providing analytical insights. This role involves a combination of technical expertise and HR knowledge to optimize HR systems and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS software, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and security.
2. Generate ad-hoc and regular HR reports, using data analytics to provide insights for HR and organizational decision-making.
3. Advise HR service desk representatives on escalated employee inquiries.
4. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the HRIS to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
5. Maintain data security protocols to protect sensitive HR information.
6. Create and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
7. Generate ad-hoc and regular HR reports, using data analytics to provide insights for HR and organizational decision-making. (5-10%)
8. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems and tools
9. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge.

Experience:

• 2 years UKG configuration experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
