We are seeking a HR Systems Analyst II or SeniorHR Systems Analystto join the Talent Strategy team to serve as a technical liaison and project manager for the various HR systems, leading system implementations and improvements, testing, configuration, maintenance and optimizing the HR systems.

 

The Talent Strategy Team

The ACT Talent Strategy team includes professionals located across the US with varied skillsets and backgrounds that works closely with the business by providing holistic talent solutions to optimize business performance and opportunities to help team members navigate their personal and career success, learn and grow in service of our customers, and celebrate and recognize one another.

 

Location:  Remote

 

The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications.  For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $105,000, depending on the level.  ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity.  The position is not incentive eligible.

 

A sample of what you will be working on:

  • Configure and maintain Ceridian Dayforce HRIS to align with ACT's HR processes and requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS
  • Support problem resolution for system owners and the end user community
  • Create standard and ad hoc queries or reports
  • Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data
  • Prepare end-user documentation, testing, or training materials as needed
  • Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to understand their needs and translate them into HRIS solutions
  • Support critical system maintenance, implementations, and operational tasks within HR
  • Stay up to date with Dayforce updates and best practices to ensure the system's optimal performance

This could be the job for you if you have (minimum requirements):

 Level II

  • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience managing HRIS systems, which includes strong Dayforce experience and involvement with system implementations, upgrades and utilizing reporting capabilities 

Senior Level

  • At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing HRIS systems, which includes strong Dayforce experience and managing system implementations, upgrades, and developing and enhancing talent analytic reporting capabilities

Both levels

  • Proven experience assessing and improving technology and system tools
  • Collaborate and work effectively with individuals inside and outside the organization, including demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal departments and managing vendor relationships
  • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format
  • Ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage change and navigate positively in an environment experiencing change at a fast pace
  • Uses subject matter knowledge and skills related to Information privacy and security literacy to effectively acquire and apply information
  • Ability to apply continuous improvement to existing processes and programs and develop ideas that are new, better, or unique
  • Actively seeks and engages with diverse perspectives and invites a sense of belonging
  • Acts decisively with sound judgement; uses data to analyze options and form opinions
  • Remains current in area of expertise, seeks opportunities to expand and grow skills
  • Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience and education (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related area of study), or a combination of both

It's a plus if you have:

  • Systems experience that includes other relationship/management systems such as applicant tracking technology (currently using iCIMS) and/or performance management systems (currently using WorkTango)
  • Experience working in an agile work environment
  • As part of our AI journey at ACT, we are looking for individuals who have the ability to understand, interact with, and leverage AI technologies effectively
