Schedule: Thursday-Monday 8-3:30 (off Tuesday and Wednesday)

Pay: $50,960 annually/$28.00 per hour at 35 hours per week
Relocation Bonus: $3,000 if out of state

My Left Foot Children’s Therapy was founded 18 years ago, with the same mission that we still hold dear today – “to make a REAL difference in the life of EACH child who walks through our doors.” At My Left Foot Children’s Therapy, we provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to thousands of children every week. We currently have 7 pediatric outpatient clinics located in Las Vegas, NV, and the surrounding cities and communities of Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Green Valley. About the Position:
My Left Foot Children’s Therapy is currently seeking a Provider Liaison to strengthen and support our “Culture, Compliance & Compensation Department.” The major role of the Provider Liaison at My Left Foot Children’s Therapy is to provide support to our Regional Therapy Managers; our Culture, Compliance & Compensation Team; and our Providers. Our Provider Liaison’s main objective is to improve communication and relations between our Providers, our HR department (what we call our Culture, Compensation, and Compliance Department), and our Management Team.
Your Responsibilities as our Provider Liaison:
· Handle all interpersonal communications between our Providers and our Culture, Compliance & Compensation Department (aka: our HR department).
· Field all Provider questions, concerns, and inquiries made to our Culture, Compliance &
Compensation department.
· Field and handle all Provider questions, concerns, and inquiries made to, or related to, our Patient Financial Services Department.
· Field and handle all Provider questions, concerns, and inquiries made to, or related to, our Patient Access Services Department.
· Field and handle all Provider questions, concerns, and inquiries made to, or related to, our Administrative Services Department.
· Answer Provider questions and handle all Provider situations with exceptional courtesy, respect, and in a timely manner.
· Resolve all issues involving or pertaining to Providers in a professional, timely, and objective manner.
· Maintain confidentiality and respect for personal information of all employees of My Left Foot Children’s Therapy.
· Serve as a role model upholding the mission, ethics, policies, and procedural standards of My Left Foot Children’s Therapy.
· Foster a culture of inclusivity, equality, and respect between our employees, our management, our patients, and our community.
· Complete reference checks for all Provider Candidates.
· Prepare and send out Provider Candidate job offer letters.
· Complete all components of New Provider onboarding.
· Complete the 1st part of the New Provider orientation.
· Assist with Provider Annual Review preparation and paperwork.
· Handle Provider schedule changes per company policy.
· Handle all Provider separations.
· Handle all Provider time-off requests.
· Handle all Provider shift coverage.
· Handle all Provider CEU requests and reimbursements.
· Maintain the Provider Handbook.
· Demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of all Provider Policies and Procedures
· Apply all policies and procedures with complete objectivity in every situation.
· Ensure that all Providers stay credentialed with Medicaid, Medicaid MCOs, and all Commercial Insurance Companies without lapse.
· Ensure that all Providers Maintain their Nevada professional licenses without lapse.
· Ensure that all Providers maintain their professional liability insurance without lapse.
· Continually receive, input, and review Provider Performance Tracking Metrics.
· Create new Spreadsheets and Tables to track any metrics requested.
· Cross-train with our Compliance Specialist on the process of credentialing Providers with Medicaid and the Commercial Insurance Companies (as a back-up in the event our Compliance Specialist is ever unable to do so) and demonstrate proficiency with credentialing Providers independently within 120 days of hire.
· Complete special projects at the request of the COO or our Culture, Compliance & Compensation Manager.
· Attend Culture, Compliance & Compensation Department meetings as scheduled by the Department Manager.
· Report directly to the Culture, Compliance & Compensation Manager.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field

Required Experience:
- Must possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Healthcare, Management, or Human Resources
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must have hand and eye functioning necessary to work on computers for extended periods of time
- Must be able to navigate various departments and locations of the company
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to drive oneself to various clinics within the Las Vegas Valley for meetings and events
