ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must show proven initiative, a positive attitude, be team-oriented and be highly enthusiastic. Must model the behaviors of “MORE Guest Service.”
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality.
- Assist employees with questions concerning basic policy.
- Responsible for all aspects of new employee onboarding & I-9.
- Assists in hiring process when needed, i.e. contact applicants for pre-employment drug testing, schedule processing, etc.
- Provide information to new hires and employees on how to obtain required work cards/registrations.
- Process applicants who have passed required pre-employment screenings and possess current/valid/non-expired proper work related cards/registrations. Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations as well as local gaming jurisdiction regulations.
- Assist with the day to day operations of the HR front counter to ensure prompt and appropriate guest service is provided to all guests.
- Data entry into HRIS system.
- Assist Human Resources team with special assignments and projects as requested.
- Maintain an open line of communication with managers concerning all employee and applicant related issues, problems and/or solutions.
- Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum three years of experience in a Human Resources office in the hospitality industry strongly preferred.

Pay: $37,503.94 - $45,166.04 per year
