ROLE SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist will serve as the team expert on all compliance matters, data and metrics, and policy creation. We are looking for someone who enjoys research and data accuracy. The HR Specialist will report directly to the Director of People and will work closely with the HR Generalists to collaborate on HR metrics and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow federal and state legal updates and ensure our policies and procedures are fully compliant
- Compliance reporting, to include EEO1, CA Pay Data Reporting, and Affirmative Action
- Manage California Data Privacy mapping and respond to requests from current and previous employees
- Ensure data is accurate in ADP and Knoetic
- Provide HR metrics and analysis (turnover, headcount, census data)
- Monitor personnel files to ensure compliance
- Work with the Israel HR team to maintain the international data in our systems
- Create and maintain the org chart
- Assist with leave of absence compliance procedures and paperwork
- Track completion of required annual trainings such has anti-harassment training, business integrity, and COVID Safety
- Assist with benefits testing, to include 5500 and NDT
REQUIREMENTS:
- HR Certification preferred
- 3+ yrs experience in HR
- Experience creating or editing policies and procedures
- ADP Workforcenow experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities
- Knoetic reporting experience is a plus
POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is a hybrid role at our Headquarters in Marina Del Rey.
SALARY:
$80,000-$95,000
