Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour

We’re revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare, and we need a Scheduling Coordinator to join us.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling Support:
  • Assist supervisors in creating and maintaining EMT/Driver shift schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate shift coverage.
Leave Management:
  • Enter and manage sick time and vacation requests in the appropriate electronic platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee absences and ensure timely notifications to supervisors.
Communication:
  • Utilize the company's electronic messaging platforms to disseminate important information to employees promptly.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating effective communication.
Credential Tracking:
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of employee credentials, including licenses and certifications.
  • Proactively monitor credential expiration dates and notify employees in advance to ensure compliance.
Office Support:
  • Assist the station manager with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide general office support as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous administrative or scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using electronic scheduling and messaging platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with medical credentialing processes is an advantage.
