We’re revolutionizing the delivery of healthcare, and we need a Scheduling Coordinator to join us.
Utilize the company's electronic messaging platforms to disseminate important information to employees promptly.
Serve as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating effective communication.
Assist the station manager with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide general office support as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous administrative or scheduling experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using electronic scheduling and messaging platforms.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with medical credentialing processes is an advantage.
