HR Generalist - Scheduler - Client Service Representative

As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Assist our Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
  • Document job orders, receive referrals and assist with staffing orders
  • Manage employee files, verify credentials and certifications, conduct background checks and advertise for staff positions
  • Verify client insurance and assist with office functions such as marketing, payroll and collections

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:

  • Experience with Axxess Home Care or similar
  • Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or SalesForce
  • Experience with scheduling 20+ employee and patients a week
  • Experience running weekly employee orientations
  • Understand requirements and be comfortable working at home and at the office.
  • Not required, but this position may offer Full-Time in July.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent years of training and work experience
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry
  • Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency

Additional Details
The schedule, which could be flexible for the right candidate are Part Time as indicated:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00. Expect to work from home two days and in the office three days.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Entering patient and employee data in Axxess
  • Using Axxess to enter schedules and verify schedules
  • Run in office orientation once a week and update the PPT as needed.
  • Use Hireology to recruit, screen and interview applicants.
  • Enter and update data in Hubspot
  • Create and update written policies
  • Verify and enter data into Quickbooks
  • Employee onboarding using Interim's LMS, e-Verify and associated payroll processes.
