CAM Property Services seeks a talented bilingual HR recruiter to join our team.
As an HR Recruiter for our full-service maintenance company, your primary responsibility is to strategically source, attract, and screen candidates from various channels across multiple counties in Southern California. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and actively participate in the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will be based out of our Torrance Headquarters and support our branch offices in Anaheim, Clovis, Rancho Cucamonga and San Diego.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and community outreach, to attract a broad pool of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company requirements.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to present a curated pool of candidates to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving the company's recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a multi-county or regional context.
- Familiarity with the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish required
