Hr/Recruiter - Part Time/Flexible

Our company is looking for a part-time Human Resources / Recruiter to identify potential candidates for open positions in the company and manage the recruitment and on-boarding process.

We are looking for a creative, hardworking individual with excellent negotiating skills who is able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. This position is perfect for individuals who want to play an integral role in guiding the company's future and who want to develop professional relationships with business contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with candidates.
• Understand the needs of clients and keep them informed of new opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible candidates are found for our clients.
• Be an expert in their field.: Find the best candidate for each job.
• Nurture a ‘can do’ attitude throughout the team.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to maintain awareness of their application process.
• Be someone candidates look forward to talking to.: Be personable and empathetic during conversations with potential candidates.
• Negotiate to find the best salary package for each candidate.
• Ensure that candidates receive timely updates about their application.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
