Micro Quality Calibration was founded in 1978 and is an A2LA ISO/IEC 17025-2017 Accredited Metrology laboratory specializing in calibration, repair, testing, First Article Inspection, and sales (162 lines) of precision measurement and test instruments (In-house, On-site, and Mobile Calibration Laboratory). MQC continues to be at the forefront of the Metrology industry in capabilities/disciplines offered to its customers.

What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate
Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for finding top-notch talent? Are you ready to take on the challenge of aiding our team's rapid growth and contributing to the success of our business? If so, we want you to join our team as a Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, focusing on high-volume, industrial/technical roles in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and guiding candidates through a seamless recruitment process.
What Will You Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates while managing inbound applications, leads, and referrals.
- Build relationships with industry contacts, trade schools, and networks to enhance our employer brand.
- Conduct interviews that effectively evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Assist in offer construction and negotiation to increase acceptance rates and successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles for industrials or service-based businesses.
- Strong networking skills and a creative approach to talent sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and candidate management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
