- Join HR Partner (HRP) team to work with cross functional teams, other HR teams, and leaders to ensure the effective delivery of HR support/services to the business.
- Support HRP Team with:
- Associate and leader questions on HR matters.
- Completion of annual company events (performance management, training, benefits enrollment).
- Internal movement process.
- Local onboarding.
- Exit interviews.
- Event Support.
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, 0 - 2 of equivalent, related job experience.
