Human resources
As a Regional HR Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Labor and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence to implement Labor and Employee Relations policies and framework
- Receiving employee complaints, arrange stakeholders for investigations, determine mitigation actions, and action together with internal partners
- Participating in key discussions and provide HR input for business/regional projects, long-term planning and budgeting processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Providing input and guidance to the business on workforce planning and reorganizations, bid process, scoping & planning
- Guiding employee movements i.e. promotions, salary changes and workforce planning and assist with execution of these activities.
- Partnering closely with internal teams i.e. Divisional Partners, People Relations, Talent, People Services, People Movement, Compensation, Benefits and Global mobility (immigration).
- Providing guidance to business challenges not covered by policy, but require compliant solutions to meet the needs of the business.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's from an accredited school (or a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Ability to lead projects, process improvement, and policy formulation
- Have experience working in a matrix environment, with the agility to attend to multiple demands and shifting priorities, and rapid change.
