Who You Are
We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker to fulfill our HR Operations Coordinator position. As a coordinator you will provide support to the various stakeholders within the organization including HR Operations and HRBP teams making system changes needed during the lifecycle of an employee’s time with the company including onboarding and offboarding. You will also work closely with Payroll, L&D, Safety, and HRIS by assisting with data changes while maintaining data integrity in SuccessFactors (Success Factors experience is a huge plus).
Our HR Operations Coordinator will also be in charge of decoration, purchasing of food for events and office, planning company events, etc. (Excel or Sheets experience is required). This will be a full-time in-house position. Recent college grads are encouraged to apply!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process all job changes, transfers, new hires within the HRIS platform.
- Ensure employment records and files, required by federal, state or company requirements are maintained properly.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits team to ensure changes made in the HRIS system are properly completed with changes that affect these groups.
- Onboarding and compliance of new hires to the organization.
- Provide facilitation of new hire orientations and Day 1 activities.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and help resolve.
- Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices as well as recommending changes to management.
- In-office support for the HR BP’s for various HR related support.
- Other functions or duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish speaker
- Success Factors experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in a human resources position or relevant business experience
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organization and time management skills
- HRIS experience with systems such as SuccessFactors a plus
- Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
Compensation
- $21 to $24 hourly
