We are looking for a full time service advisor. We work on all domestics but specialize in the European brands. About 45% of our work is still on domestic and Asian brands. We definitely offer a healthy diet of variety.
Work expectations are standard as far as any auto repair facility. You will be expected to perform the following functions.
-Be on time, be here and be an excellent communicator.
-Listen and accurately schedule the appointment as the first interaction. This is the first impression a customer has with our repair facility so being able to present a smile through the phone and talk with confidence is a must!
-When the customer arrives greet them with a smile, listen to their concerns and accurately write up the repair order. Be able to decipher what jobs can go to what technicians and prioritize their production with the expectations you have set with the customer.
-You are the contact between the technician and the customer so once work is performed, it will be your responsibility to build an accurate estimate with integrity and be able to present it to the customer with an explanation that leaves them happy and understanding. Prioritize necessary repairs along with necessary and recommended maintenance. You will need to be organized and understand how to give the customer an accurate repair time and be able to follow through to make sure it happens as promised. If deadlines change you will be require to update the customer accordingly.
-As always, the last part is giving the customer a fixed car back to them with a smile and billing them out. We do not require you place phone calls to follow up after as we do have a automated system in place to check up on how the visit went.
We have an extremely high standard for repair and a fix it right the first time expectation. Honesty and integrity are key while looking out for the interests of the customer and the shop at the same time. We would prefer someone with a couple years of experience however we will train for the right person! We are team based and are looking for someone with a team based mentality and a smile on their face to fit in with us!
We are constantly growing and adapting so being able to change and evolve is a must!
We have a very laid back, no pressure environment.
Pay depends on experience and we will pay for the right person!
