Autism Aide

We are immediately hiring full-timeAutism Aides. This position is available in our Layton residential home supporting male adults with Autism and other disabilities. No Experience Required! Get hired in less than a week!

• Working weekends is a requirement
• Clean Driving record- Preferred
• Utah Driver’s License- Preferred
• 2 years+ driving experience- Preferred

Schedules:

• Weekday shifts (4pm-11pm, 2pm-8pm, 3pm-9pm)
• Grave shifts (Awake/Overnight) 11pm-9am
• Saturday and Sunday shifts

As an Autism Aide (aka Direct Support Professional (DSP)/in-home caregiver), you will help our special needs adult male clients achieve their personal goals and do fun activities like listening to music, swimming, going to the arcade, thrift store shopping, and going for walks.

We do help our clients with personal hygiene. We provide you with all the training you need to perform this job, no previous experience necessary.

Requirements:

• 19 years or older for Company Driver/ 18 years for Non-Driver
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to help someone with personal hygiene (brief/diaper changes)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor
• Basic computer skills (Slack, Note Taking, Smart Phone Usage)
