Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
- Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems and processes.
- HR Policies: Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with our company's goals.
- Employee Engagement: Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through recognition programs, surveys, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making.
