• HR MANAGER (Queens)
Starting Pay: $85,000 - $95,000/yr.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.  
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in human resources.  
• Familiarity with employment and labor laws in New York.  
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll Systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems. 
• Proficiency in compensation benchmarking and handling variable compensations like bonuses.  
• Thorough understanding of employment law and a record of accomplishment of conducting employee investigations.  
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.  
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams effectively.  
• Detail-oriented, with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.  
• Experienced in making complex decisions. 
• Effective and articulate communication skills, both verbally and in writing.  
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
