• HR MANAGER (Queens)
Starting Pay: $85,000 - $95,000/yr.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in human resources.
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws in New York.
- Experience with HRIS, Payroll Systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in compensation benchmarking and handling variable compensations like bonuses.
- Thorough understanding of employment law and a record of accomplishment of conducting employee investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in making complex decisions.
- Effective and articulate communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
