Job Description
We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager with additional responsibilities as an Executive Admin. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players.
Responsibilities:- Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement
- Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
- Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
