Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment, while also driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
-Collaborate with senior management to establish HR objectives and policies.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
-Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection.
-Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
-Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives.
-Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
-Develop and administer performance evaluation processes to provide constructive feedback and support employee growth.
-Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance for professional development.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
-Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
-Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect current best practices.
Benefits and Compensation:
-Administer employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
-Conduct salary reviews and provide recommendations for compensation adjustments.
Training and Development:
-Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
-Monitor and report on key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred.
-3-5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
-Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proven leadership and team management abilities.
-Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
