- Handles in the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions, as well as the administration of policies, procedures, and programs in all countries where CFG operates.
- Assists in the talent acquisition and recruitment process of the countries assigned.
- Handles all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation/exit interviews and help organize the hiring process, training & development initiatives.
- Generates documents such as offer/employment letters, personnel action reports, requisition forms, and disciplinary actions, among others.
- Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves/benefits and resolves any issues that may arise.
- Supports in the administration of compensation and benefit plans including but not limited to communication with brokers or insurance companies.
- Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Collaborates in the payroll processing by submitting changes and reviewing the payroll preview.
- Assists in the implementation of human resources policies and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Trains management and employees in HR procedures.
- Gathers and analyzes data with useful HR metrics.
- Supports the annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintains employee files and records for the countries assigned.
- Enhances job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Ensures compliance with labor regulations.
- Collaborates in HR audits.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
