We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our growing team at Speech Inspirations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while supporting the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Conduct job interviews, evaluate applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement improvement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and goal setting.
- Identify and address employee development needs to enhance overall performance.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Implement on-boarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
- Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Work closely with benefits providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective offerings.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management on key HR metrics and initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
